I believe the closest thing we have to that is the troper's edit history. Even then, it cuts off after so many edits are recorded.
Some people keep the list on their Tropers/ page to show off their accomplishments. :-) However, This Is A Wiki, so who launched what is not that important for us in the end.
^^ Yeah, it's something that exceeds my history.
^ I'm talking more like I would to see which really old pages I launched in the past that I have either abandoned or completely forgotten about.
