What trope you want to bring back real life examples for?
most tropes that have been purged of real life examples are those which it's not kosher to apply to real people (most Villain Tropes) or those that have already proven problematic in the past (most tropes related to complaining). you'd have to make a really strong case to overturn one of those decisions.
