There are differences in the Manhua like the ring spirit being a young woman rather then elderly man
Still not the right one, the spirit in the manhwa I'm looking for is male
The main character had black hair and stated in the first chapter that he was reborn in the world he was living in as a baby with his memories of his previous life in tact though that was only brought up once more, to help his family he with the help of the spirit learns to make powerful drugs, of the good kind, and made a business contract with his father under a false name. He also used to pretty strong before finding the ring and seemingly lose his power.
Do you have a time when you think this was released? It sounds familiar but I’d have to check through a list of stuff for said season to remember the name.
No I came across it more then two years and even it had enough chapters to have been going for a while, I can't remember when exactly I founds and how many chapters though, but I found it online

Okay, so it is technically an isekai even though it doesn't come up. The MC used to be pretty powerful but suddenly lost all his powers. Early on in the manwha he finds that this is because a spirit in his ring had been using draining his power until he was strong enough to materialize. Now with his power back and the help of the spirit the MC uses alchemy to help restore his family to their former glory. Also his younger sister is adopted and the two are in love, though that is far from the main focus
