Male or female vocalist?

No, that's not it.
I believe it was a male vocalist and also I think it may have been available on Spotify.
The song was background music for a You Tube video, but I can't find out which.

The chorus very clearly included the line "I only ever dream in color", and there were some other lyrics that went "I don't mind, I don't mind, I don't mind" afterwards.
I'm pretty sure the name of the song was Dream In Color or some similar title, by an artist I forgot, but looking it up gives nothing.
