What do you mean exactly by "set in the beach animal lifesavers"? Because right now I'm reading this as "A show whose protagonists are animate animal-headed flotation devices"...

I remember watching a show set in the beach with animal lifesavers. I think the main character( a guy ) was red or something and very cocky. It aired in Europe.
