It's quite easy.
I suppose the work page for the film already exists. This is how its web page address might look:
- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Film/MovieTitle
You just need to change the namespace. In this case, you swap Film for TearJerker (nota bene: capitalisation and wiki words matter).
- https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/TearJerker/MovieTitle
Then you'll just click edit and add content.
For some subpages, there is an automatic button "create new". It automatically gets you to add and edit pages like Headscratchers, Characters, WMG, YMMV etc.
ETA: Also, I've noticed that TearJerker is a subpage that doesn't get automatically indexed, so you should put it on the appropriate index. For movies, that would be TearJerker.Film.

Do anyone know how to make a sub page (example: Tearjerker) on another page? I want to make a tearjerker page on some movie pages, but I don't know how. Can any of you help me? Thanks.
