Found it. Durham County episode 3x3: Distance, Hunting, And Home
Edited by KimCantRemember
I watched this on Netflix, maybe about 5 years ago. One scene sticks with me. I think it was a tv show that did not have many episodes or maybe only one season. The wife (or fiance?) gets home. Can't remember if she had gone for a run or something else. I think she was pregnant. She enters the house and notices a drop of blood fall to the floor.I think it was the entryway, though she may have walked to the kitchen at some point. I think she was a doctor or nurse. Anyway, when she saw the blood she knew that if she didn't get help within (5?) minutes, she would die (I guess bleed out). She may have tried to make a phone call. She may have had a teenage son. She does die. I think the husband came home to find her dead on the floor. I think he was a detective or something similar. This has been driving me crazy! It was not a long-running show, that's all I remember.
