It might be doom.
Literally anything would be helpful.
Doom wasn't fancy enough for tumbling and blood pools. Might have been Duke Nukem 3D. I recall the camera there fell and landed on the side. I don't remember pooling blood, but it could have been depending on the form of death.
Don't take life too seriously. It's only a temporary situation.
I don't know much about it. Other than it was on PC, and the death animation involved the camera tumbling to the ground following by blood flowing on the floor from its perspective.
