Do you remember anything about her appearance...? Hair color, uniform color, etc.? Do you know around what year you watched the anime/saw the album cover?

The girl had dark brown/ black hair, pretty sure it was a white outfit, she was smiling , and I remember I saw the album cover around 2013,2014
Ok so all I remember is that the album cover for this anime is a girl , I think a school girl, riding a bike, and she’s looking directly front and she looks really excited/happy. It had a really good theme song, and that’s why I want to remember what anime it was.
