There doesn't seem to be a rule against this per se, but it's obviously bad practice and cloggers the page with unnecessary sentences. Some scenes in that episode are memorable, some are not.

We don't even need to make a new rule about it. It's copyright infringement and fails at any reasonable fair use test, so it has to go.
