Bit of a long shot but could 2 be Noah and Saskia?
The first one makes me think of Mr Squiggle.
Just looked up both shows. Neither are what I'm referring to or remembering.
With all the memes about women choosing a bear over a man, Hollywood might wanna get on an 'East of the Sun and West of the Moon' adaptationThe first one sounds like Romper Room (possibly one of the later editions like Romper Room and Friends).
Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883!Ahh, i remember 2,but cant remember the name. It was a teenager who drew comics, it was basicly on at same era as saved by the bell. It was sindicated so no telling the station it aired on per town. I keep thinking doodle is part of the title but i cant fint it.
Number 2 sounds like it could be Student Bodies.
1. A preschool show I believe that was had a female host, and I think there was a co-star that was like a jack in the box character (a guy in a costume), and said character briefly appeared animated in the opening intro, where the jack in the box character was seen morphing into different objects. I think this ran on PBS at some point.
2. A sitcom from maybe the late 90s that focused on teenagers, and the main character I think was a cartoonist, and there were actual animated interludes of the main character's cartoons which I think were based on his friends. I think this show aired on The WB.
