Sorry no. The sound was more like a videogame sound almost.

Rock Creek Park by The Blackbyrds? http://www.songfacts.com/detail.php?id=36938. It sounds pretty videogamey to me. Your sample also reminded me of Someday by Cece Rogers: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PPveJo1MZWM. If not, here is a list of songs with clarinet: https://forum.saxontheweb.net/showthread.php?102800-The-Clarinet-in-Rock and songs with flute: http://www.songfacts.com/category-songs_featuring_flutes.php. If its actually sax or synth, then that will be harder to find.

Now that I think about it seemed more like a synthisizer sound. It sounded kinda like the sound that first plays at 1:58 in this song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1fscXE-GQYI Also I think it had two singers one male one female
