The animals sound like they could be Neopets, if that helps. I think there was a rotating pipe puzzle starring a Blumaroo at some point.

100% ‘Boowa and Kwala’. I loved that so so much.
I'm pretty sure this was a flash cartoon/game or something...
The characters were anthropomorphic Australian animals; a short yellowish koala and a blue or purple... kangaroo thing? My extremely fuzzy memories say he was something dog-like, like a dingo, but he looked kind of like Austin from The Backyardigans. :| I think they were called "Kwala" or "Kuala" and Benny (or something similar) respectively.
The only things I remember were some lame knock-knock joke puns like "pineapple rings a bell" and some kind of pipe game with colored water? It must have been around 2000, but probably earlier. The funny thing is, I can't find ANY results on Google no matter how I try to search.
Anybody on Earth heard of this?
