Not that one. Wondering if there's another one that a crook is recruited by a dodgy figure (bonus if they're crooks too) and he/she doesn't care of the person's ideology/reason?

Recruiting the Criminal is for when the criminal's skills specifically are important to the operation at hand.

I guess Punch Clock Villain's the closest for it.
