It sounds like the question is what is the name of this western series. Are there any hints that you can give - time frame of release (or when you saw it), any descriptions of any of the characters/actors, and if it wasnt American made also - we should probably know that.
If knowledge is the key, then show me the lock, so I can ask someone to break it.
No goodniks enter town with evil plan, are all set to rob the bank, lure the virginal girl away, do whatever they planned, always watched by two old guys who seem to serve no purpose to the town except care for a rosebush (In an area where no other roses survive .. .) Just as the plan is about to come to fruition, the bad guys disappear without anyone suspecting them, the virginal girl finding comfort with a local fellow . . . at the end, it is revealed that the two old guys are former toughs who like the town, and have kept the rose bush alive by silently doing away with anyone who threatens their peace and quiet and burying them underneath. At the end, one expresses worry that no one else will show up in time to keep the fertilization cycle going but the other says Someone Always Comes . . .
