I believe it's a wick that doesn't exist. Like, you cutlist a page but it's still listed on the related page for another trope or work.

It used to be that cutting a page did not remove all links to that page in the database, so that the "Related" page for any articles that it had linked to before being cut would still show it. This is no longer supposed to be the case, but the ghosts of wicks past still haunt certain articles.

Not quite. The regular cutlist always removed all links. Eddie using cleanup scripts is what caused the problem.
