Ashton Kutcher played a talk deer in Open Season and googling "Open Season pee song" came up with this.

Update: Yes, it was indeed Open Season. I had a feeling I was on the right track.
A while back, I saw this animated movie (possibly CGI) that had some animal character singing a song to the tune of Teddy Bears' Picnic and part of the lyrics were about an elf or leprechaun or something like that constantly having to pee. I think the animal was voiced by either Andy Dick, David Spade or Ashton Kutcher. For some reason, I'm thinking of Open Season or one of the Happily N'Ever after movies but I could be wrong. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
