Seconded. Solo opening runs for 32 seconds before piano joins in, and the song is originally from "Who's Next" in 1971.

I think it's "Blind Feeling," the second single from the "Dreamweaver" LP. Local Rock radio station used to play it as an Album Track, and the Local 6 o'clock News used it for their intro for a while in the 80's...
