Just looked through their edit history of the page and wow they really love making excuses for Anakin’s behavior and losses in lightsaber duels

No, but given how Zakitaro is willing to defend everything about Anakin (including his less-than-great moments), they are obviously attached to their vision of the character.
No matter their opinion, micro-managing a page is just wrong.

I think a mod should probably just warn them but if they continue micromanaging the page that's grounds for an edit ban

Have you P Med them at all or flagged them to the thread? Has there been any attempt to contact them?
They really seemed determined to remove anything that would hint that Anakin ever lost a fight or less then perfect in combat .

I'm sorry if my edits were biased or disrespectful in any way. I guess I was overcompensating because of how much people seem to hate the guy. I promise to be more careful about this.

It’s not hate. Anakin, by design, is a deeply flawed person so of course there’s gonna be tropes that highlight this. We’ll hold you to this promise so please give other tropers a chance to make edits without undermining and micromanaging them by changing their edits.
I'll be sure to act more carefully. Just as a side note, I want to write a few things to better explain my previous edits and comment above.
Anakin had his flaws as a young adult (namely his issues with arrogance, carelessness, and short-temper), but a lot of fans tend to shoehorn him as being worse than he really was. Even his wiki page exaggerates his negative traits.
Also, it's made explicit in the films, canon, and legends that Anakin's attachments and guilt significantly weaken him as Darth Vader. Just felt that this should be pointed out for his fights against Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, and Luke.
I am well aware that there are multiple cases when Anakin very much lost a fight in the Clone Wars. For instance, he was easily overwhelmed by: the Son (s3 e17), the Royal Zygerrian Guards (s4 e12), and Count Dooku (s4 e14).

Here’s a tip then: if you’re gonna make a big edit over a trope you disagree with then message the troper who made that edit so you can come to an agreement with said troper instead of unilaterally changing it and potentially starting an edit war which could lead to an edit ban

Hey, Tuvok. I noticed that you reverted a good chunk of my previous edits even though your question wasn't answered with a definite yes or no. Can't help but feel a little hurt by this. I mean, you didn't even discuss the points with me at all.

So basically I’ve been looking through Star Wars character pages and i noticed that zakitaro has been overly involved in these pages. If you see the edit history for pages like Star Wars – Anakin Skywalker, whenever any troper adds an edit zakitaro makes massive alterations to the previous troper’s edit. Sometimes it’s fair, like replacing a trope with a more fitting trope, and most times I think it's just downright disrespectful and unfair because they completely change the explanation for the trope that someone else added. Whatever a troper adds, zakitaro frequently comes in and changes it and I think it’s kind of rude and inconsiderate of other tropers. They also massively gatekeep the Anakin Skywalker page because I and other tropers frequently have to wait before we can make edits because zakitaro is almost always editing on there and if you look at edit history it proves that.
