Sherlock Scan is about making profound logical deductions based on tiny clues that no-one else even noticed, like a speck of dust on someone's shoe, or a tiny fragment of food on their lapel, or the state of their fingernails. It's usually done in a single instant and quite rapid-fire, like the Sherlock character takes one glance and impressively rattles off the list of "You are X because of clue Y".

Eagle-Eye Detection seems to be more about noticing small details that result in unlikely coincidences or discrepancies. It's not that they can look at someone and instantly solve the case. Rather, after performing investigation and interviews, they noticed that witness #3 and victim were the only ones wearing the same brand of designer socks imported from Germany, which is too coincidental to ignore. Like, that coincidence doesn't automatically solve the case, but it means witness #3 is hiding a previous relationship with the victim and they can be pressed on that.

Hyper-Awareness does seem reminiscent of a Sherlock Scan, but I think the point is that it's a character trait where they notice everything about everyone, whereas a Sherlock Scan is an action more busted out only when necessary or to impress a skeptic.
