Some sort of pre-packaged or mass produced food/snack is shown to be incredibly unappetizing.
Like, the ingredients list is more additives/random junk than actual food, or the food is used as a substitute for something like glue or bricks because it’s more useful for that than being edible.
The first examples I can think of in media are the Spongebob episodes where Mr. Krabs licenses Krabby Patties for frozen food, and they literally just make it out of sand, or the episode where he retires and the company who buys out the Krusty Krab mass produces Patties by making them out of grey sludge.
