I don't think we have a specific trope for that as of this writing, but I have seen it a few times with the Beaver Paramedics in Rocko's Modern Life.
It's a gag used in old cartoons, say a character has crashed a vehicle of some kind, an ambulance turns up and the ambulance workers come out with a stretcher, but then they put the vehicle on the stretcher and leave the character on the ground. Is there a name for this?
