Should the Zom 100 entry for Values Dissonance been deleted? Anime

When looking at Zom 100's YMMV, I found this line deleted.

Values Dissonance: Western viewers will look at Akira's work-life balance prior to the apocalypse and be horrified, but in Japan, companies overworking their employees like that is actually very common, to the point it's not unheard of for employees to drop dead at their desk. They even have a word for it: "karoshi." It's only in the last few years that Japanese society has even begun to try and combat the phenomenon.

While it is true Zom 100 is a criticism to this kind of work culture, it still highlights something that while found in Japan is a scary oddity in western culture so I feel it should not be deleted as it does highlight cultural differences.

I don't think it counts. Japanese audiences are not in favor of this sort of thing, it's just a way of life. And I think plenty of Western people recognize the dangers of being too focused on work. Both of which mean there really isn't much in the way of actual Dissonance.
