It looks like all of this happened before his suspension back in December for edit warring. The last removal was in November, so maybe they already sorted it out before the suspension?

This happened before El Juaco's edit war suspension so we can't ban them for this as we have already went over Edit War with them.
Also, stufogcarter deleted their account but I'll add this ATT to their file in case they created a new account.
