Music.Ricardo Silva says why it was cut, because it didn't have tropes. Can you come up with tropes for the page?
Making it Creator.Ricardo Silva would remove the trope requirement, but it's a loophole I'm personally unsure of.

The man sang many anime theme songs. Plus he also did several Spanish covers of famous Japanese songs, notably many by Hironobu Kageyama, so there's that too. He also did some side work as a dub actor in a few, non-singing roles.
Guess I could try the creator page just to be on the safe side, though.
Would it be safe to recreate Ricardo Silva's page? The Doblaje Wiki has a long list of his works that could easily be added into it.
