No Outer is from 2020 i wayched this a while ago this kid goes to school and has a friend who is good with technolgy andnhe helps him
It's about a teen I think he's australian and he's working for these bad guys and he's trying to find his missing dad he becomes friends with some one from he's school who is a genius and they team up to stop the bad guys the first episode he's breaking into a house to steal something and he rides a skateboard in the first episode hes doing parkour and he breaks into some ones house and he steals somthing for the guys hes working for and he finds out the guys hes workkng for are responsible for hes dads disappearance
I think it was from 2017 or before
