Is there a trope where a leader works under another leader and that leader doesn't like how they lead and they argue over how they should do things.
- The Great North: When Beef's boat is unavailable due to repairs, Londra offers Beef to work on her boat in the meantime, but Beef politely turns her offer down. Beef explains to Judy that he believes a captain shouldn't work aboard another captain's ship because it would lead to conflict. He once worked a day on his friend Gordon's boat and he didn't like Gordon's captaining style and got into an argument with him.
