openSuper cutesy J-Pop song on Jubeat Music
I was at a con a few weeks ago and was watching someone play on a Jubeat machine and one of the songs has been stuck in my head. All the writing was in Japanese so I couldn't tell what it said. The song was very upbeat with synthesizer instruments, I think there were a few lines that repeated between verses/choruses. The singer had a high pitched female voice and I think the album cover had a picture of a cute anime girl on it. From what I could tell, most of the lyrics were about a girl saying she was in love with her "master". At the end of every chorus she would repeat the line, "Itsumo, goshujin, I LOVE YOU!" I tried searching that line but I haven't found anything :/
openAn old show I can't seem to remember the title
Here is my description although it may be vague I am adamant that I must find it. My most fond memory of this child's programme which was probably produced during 80-90s or even before is having the show on vcr I'm sure there were many episodes however the most nostalgic is where one of the main characters has a blow dryer and exclaims "check out my kinky Afro" and another memory being of the same character reflecting upon staring at a casino wheel stating "stationary, stationary, stationary... I've been staring at this for three days". I don't know if my descriptions will be of any help but I would be very grateful if somebody could help.
openWhat's the show!!!!?
So there was this show I used to watch as a kid, (probably early 2000's) and here's what I remember ...
So there was a man that when he would go into his backyard there was these puppets/muppet things that were pixies and they would like hide from the neighbours because no one knew he had them in the backyard. And idk the girl named Abby from Sesame Street reminded me of them because they look similar, but I just can't remember the show name!!!
openLive Action Science Fic Kids Show Live Action TV
I'm 21 years old now and I remember watching this show a few times when I was about 8 years old, so it would've been around 2003-2004. In the show, I know there was a white boy and a black girl who traveled to different planets solving mysteries and fighting off aliens and whatnot. They had an alien who helped them with knowledge, he had a blue and white furry body and wore glasses - more like goggles. They also had almost a pet dog but it was alien-like. It was orange and it only had one eye. Pretty much a cyclops alien dog (that's the best way I can describe it). I think when I saw this show it was airing on ABC Family, but I'm pretty sure it was being simulcast from another network. I've searched through lists of Toon Disney shows, Jetix shows, Disney XD shows, Kids 4 Tv shows, Fox Kids shows, CW shows, and I cannot find this thing anywhere. I want to find out so bad because it's been killing me for a couple years now trying to remember what it was. I remember the characters so vividly because I had action figures of them all (the boy, girl, alien dog, and blue alien guy). Also, the main villain was kind of a cyborg man. He was a bald guy who was part robotic and I had an action figure of him too. It may have been some UK program or another country, I literally do not know. It's driving me crazy, someone PLEASE help
openMonster movie i saw a clip of as a kid Film
i don't really remember alot of it, but i know that there were alot of trailers for it on Disney Channel in like 2006 or 2007. The scene i remember had like a kid trapped in this webbing and two other people trying to rescue him using a Radio that was like playing monster noises or something to distract the monster, the monster also accidentally changed the radio to play music instead resulting in the monster destroying the radio (I think). And that is all i remember.
openreally want to remember
i was very young when i saw this, so i remember very few details. maybe someone will know something though. i'm not sure if what i saw was an actual tv show or like a block for teens between regular shows, but it was either live or stop action, the camera zoomed in at windows showing silhouettes of people in a mansion, at one point there was a cork board with things on it that the narrator would talk about....it was kinda dark, but moreso in a mysterious way, like it could be for young people, just kinda creepy.....i saw it in the early/mid 2000s....i know i dont have that much detail but if any of this rings a bell please let me know because its been on my mind forever now and i cant remember for the life of me!
openUnknown webcomic picture found in files Webcomic
found a image on my computer from a webcomic but have no idea which one.
Edited by MCEopenA few things...
1: this isn't a show, but a character, I just remembered a white robot with a head similar to that of a Lego figure, what I mean is; there is a black stud on top of it. I think he also had small eyes with blue hair or something like that. I don't remember his name or anything.
2: I remember a theme from a show on treehouse that starts at night, then a few seconds later it becomes day, the show might have been stop motion, and I think it was from the uk.
Edited by cake64openkids video Film
I remember in circa 1990 when i was a little kid we watched some movie in school that started with a live action bit where a bully is, well, bullying another kid (I think the bully's name was Waldo) and tells if he he tells anyone else he will get in big trouble. That night the kid has a dream involving a bunch of puppets that tell him he should tell people about these things. He then wakes up and tells his mom and she says she'll deal with Waldo

Edited by PolgiteropenA particular webcomic Webcomic
Sorry for the less that helpful title. I am trying to remember the name of a webcomic I had started reading a fair while back. The main characters were a hero (I think?) and a guy from a family of super villains who live together. I could be totally off but I could have sworn it was something and sangrede or something of that sort.
openBBC Comedy? Live Action TV
I'm trying to remember a show where a family from Wimbledon would go on their holidays and rent out their house to tennis fans while they were away. I think they might have been Asian, but I'm not sure.
openWebcomic featuring a Deconstruction of Snow White? Webcomic
I stumbled across this no more than 4-5 years ago. The gist is that it is a webcomic that takes place after the hero (might've been a prince, can't remember) awoke the princess from her curse and they married. It should be noted that her name wasn't actually Snow White, but the comic obviously was taking its own spin on the tale. It featured the two trying to get to know each other, how mysterious she was and questioned whether or not the marriage was really a good idea. I remember a scene where the princess gets upset at the sight of an apple on her plate, and the hero apologizes. I also remember the last page of the comic I read where the hero realized that the forest he rescued the princess from was angry that she left and the animals were attacking the castle in revenge. (Or something similar to that.)
My google fu has failed me utterly here. I do hope it hasn't been deleted off of the internet.
openBoy who fights supernatural artifacts with his girl cousin and uncle Live Action TV
So this came out around the time House of Anubis did. It was live action, and the main character was a boy with scraggly dirty blonde hair and his parents are archeologists who let him do stuff like driving when he was a kid (they had an episode showing he did this once without their knowledge and ended up destroying something important). His parents go missing so he goes to live with his uncle and female cousin, who may are may not have a different accent than he does, and goes to school there. The school though is really old and has lots of artifacts, which I think had some supernatural powers and they had to fix the issues that the relics caused, meanwhile the boy is trying to find his parents. And that's all I got, so please help if you can.
openTeenagers Psychologically Tormented By Landlords? Literature
This was a book I only read part of, it was in the teen section of my elementary school around 2005 or 2006 I think. From what I remember there were two girls who were going to school away from home, and they were supposed to stay with this couple who rented rooms to students. The couple seemed normal at first, but I remember that when the girls were signing the renting agreement or whatever the couple got them to fill out a questionnaire about whether they were more afraid of rats, snakes or drowning. They proceeded to gradually make the girls feel like they were going insane, and anytime the girls tried to ask people for help the couple would convince them the girls were lying out of spite or for attention. I remember thinking it seemed pretty dark to be in an elementary school library. Does anyone know of a book like this? Sorry I can remember any character names or specific details.
openJust a kid's show... Western Animation
I remember watching this show on C Beebies. It was a mix of CGI and live action, and was about racing with futuristic vehicles (or something like that). There were 3 contestants with color-coded suits that reminded me of printer ink colors (one was a girl with magenta outfit, another one a boy with a cyan outfit and the last one a girl with a yellow outfit). All of them had these (probably) robotic pets. The spectators for the race were live action kids, and the others are basically CGI. In between the races there were mini-games involving a clock and a purple hippo (or something like that?)
And BTW, the whole premise slightly reminded me of a mix of Overwatch and Mario Kart. (On the topic of the former, the competitors' outfits reminded me of Tracer's outfit.)
openGuy kills someone for more life Film
So all i remember is that it was a movie where someone or multiple people (not sure) are trying to escape death (maybe death not sure) and if they kill someone else they get there remaining life and i remember one of the people or the one guy killed someone and it worked but the guy he killed had an illness of some sort and he was going to die anyway, Any help would be nice cause my memory is awful.
The song is late 1990's/early 2000's, and I want to say it sounded something like "Firestarter", from The Prodigy. The video showed a rich, banker type character, scenes of him with an escort intercut with scenes from his daily life. One of those was him getting a card/photo from his young children at breakfast, and him throwing it away. At the end, it becomes clear that the escort is working with some men, who I believe to be the band, to kidnap or blackmail the banker in some way. This is bugging me, and help would be appreciated. Thanks.
