Given the topic of the trope is breasts, which are regularly found on the chest of creatures. Strikethrough humor on this joke is entirely fine. The line would be odd without a reference to the chest, given the trope.

Other than the strikethrough thing for chests/bellies in the female dog paragraph, Deboss's looks fine to me.
I'm not a huge fan of strikethrough humor in general, and in this case I don't think it really adds anything. Since the goal is to trim down the description, cutting that out would work better, IMO.
