This is a trope with a very specific definition: troubles with maintaining gender-ambiguity in a language where gender-neutral pronouns do not exist (or are used for plurals, inanimate objects, etc. only).
Turning this page into "all times a character's gender s wrongly identified" is a really bad idea. That's a really broad concept, far beyond the current narrowly defined trope; worse, since pronouns don't necessarily be involved, the name would be misleading.
Now, the current name is kinda vague; I can't think of any other form of pronoun ambiguity offhand, but they probably do exist. If misuse is significant in current wicks - I haven't checked personally so I have no idea - a rename might be called for to clarify this is specifically about gendered pronoun troubles. And the writeup could definately use a revision to make it less anime-centric. There's no reason to outright change the definition, though.

Well most of the Anime and Video Games entries that describe the trouble hiding someone's sex translating the work from Japanese are correct. [1]
Because Japanese is mostly a "gendered language" Male and Female's have alot of different words they use.
Example: They can easily avoid calling the person "Him" without being rude by having them talk about themselves with "watashi" and "Sochira" when someone else addresses them both are gender neutral.
Alot of times this ruins the Wholesome Crossdresser reveal and Tomboys seem a lot less Tomboyish.

Pronoun Trouble as written seems to be a bit Anime Specific, and more about He/ She gets used. However there seem to be some inbound links (Tomboyish Name, Adrian Mole for example) using it to refer to characters wrongly assume a character's based gender on their name. Now that is so common, but aspects of that seem scattered between Samus Is a Girl, Gender-Blender Name and probably a few others, but I couldn't find a direct link to it. Would it be appropriate to change the description of Pronoun Trouble to fit "all times a character's gender s wrongly identified", or should something else be done with it?
