Why is "If Bob's original line was meant maliciously, Alice's Ironic Echo will be twice as cruel, as she throws the attack back in his face" considered irony? Isn't it trying to convey the same message?
Is the fact that the same thing is said back in a moment where the opposite person is in control really irony?
