The Mario. The Mario (not sure if it's supposed to be a wiki word or split).
It's basically a Jack Of All Trades trope, renamed for an Italian Plumber.
There's already a Master of None trope for when a Jack Of All Trades type is not useful because of it, and this is the opposite "Jack Of All Trades is useful".
Maybe just a straight rename to Jack-of-All-Trades would work.
