Ewwwwwwww. She needs to burn her desk.
WHILE GRANT IS TIED TO IT.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117Yeah, you don't do that shit to other peoples' desks. Especially not your employer's desk.
Disgusted, but not surprised... in a recent dream, I had Randy calling me out publicly online again for mentioning a trope in one of his comics. I don't remember which one.
Why do I feel like Pamjee would dig this gimmick?
In semi-related topics, I wonder how many professional wrestlers out there constantly waffle on changing their gimmick. For Indies, of course, they're responsible for their own ring gear, and any sort of gimmick change can mean merchandise that they'll have spent money on that they may never be able to sell again. And, of course, changing the gimmick kind of pushes against the kayfabe idea that they are wrestling as who they are rather than being actors playing roles.
The closest example I can think of is Chest Flexor, who frequently comes out in new ring gear, and new catchphrases, but his actual gimmick doesn't change much. It's just that his wife is also a seamstress who seems to enjoy sewing up new outfits for him, and his gimmick is kind of being a lovable loser who is always trying to ride the latest trend, which means he's been a member of just about every villainous faction at the International Wrestling Cartel at some point or another, and is prone suddenly being the owner of the promotion due to some match stipulation, or carrying a belt, with it being almost inevitable that he'll lose it in another few matches. Nice guy, albeit very weird, reportedly even when not playing his character.
Deciding it's not your problem, the world and all◊
I've been that player before. I've had those players before. It's usually a sign that the your player really doesn't actually want to play the game and that you need to stop forcing it on them, maybe having a Session 0 to figure out what they do want to play, or simply accepting that they want to drink beer and watch Capoeira rodas with you instead of roll dice and act. And, of course, some people just like to cause trouble.
Oof... I have some threadbare shirts I'm nursing along, and they're not even from a deceased parent. Not easy to let go.
I'm still getting used to how Rory is drawn as an adult... his jaw looks like he has the mumps.
