I already ruined my own ability to watch movies, well...movies where one is expected to his or her brain off.
Stuff like guns that fire more shots than they should have, characters doing things that lack common sense, rampant abuse of gun physics outside a Robert Rodriguez film...
TV Tropes just makes me giggle every time I recognize a trope.

Greg is learning trope names through osmosis. I'll constantly point out the Big Bad or rant about Damsels during movies. the other day he was like "so you will like this character Ori, she's not a damsel, she's an Action Girl." I was so proud.

We actually went out for a 9 course meal a few days prior at a popular Chinese restaurant here where Martin Yan
was dazzling us with his ability to cut things very fast and very thin.
We've also played a heaping ton of Magic The Gathering the last couple days, so hopefully she feels less ignored now...
