Vanillite's nearly reached level 43, which means I'm allowed to evolve it soon. Yay? (Though it is tempting to try and see if it could sweep the Dragon Gym unevolved, not sure if I should bother or not...)
Do you highlight everything looking for secret messages?
You know what I find annoying. That a lot of the pokemon in the Unova region evolve at really high levels. It'll take me forever to evolve my Deino into a Hydreigon!

Well it learns Blizzard at level 49, but it can learn that by TM. It can learn Mirror Coat at level 44 if you want it to. And it can learn Sheer Cold at level 53, but I don't recommend having that move.

They did that on purpose to compensate for the new experience system. Though Hydreigon and Volcarona are specifically intended to be high investment, high return.

Isn't that the truth? Helios the Volcarona is practically a sweeper.

Let us not forget that Volcarona gets one of the most overpowered moves in the game at lv. 100.

The most annoying Pokemon to level up for Dex purposes was Hydreigon. Luckily I could just catch a Volcarona.
Are there no ground/rock types at all before Mauville?!
