Urgh, can't let this die when it got so far, and had that many people supporting it. I don't think I can really split this by myself though. I need help.

We got a clear agreement on this at the time, and I am not letting it die due to inactivity. However, I really want to at least have a staffer give this the green light, so I don't cause troubles when I attempt to split it.

It really looked like there was a consensus to split and Friend in the Black Market works as a name for the guy who has stuff that you really need, but charges high for it. I'd say go ahead and do it. Make redirects from Spiv and Price Gouger as well, since they are the respective UK and US terms.
