Plot tropes should not generally go in Character pages. Also, they aren't immune to the rules about no subjectives. Subjectives always go in YMMV, whether they're character-specific or not.

Time for some purging then. Shall I go post in the NATTER ALERT thread?

I was wondering what tropes are considered appropriate for a character page. Obviously character tropes, like Hair of Gold and the like, but I've noticed a lot of plot-related tropes as well, such as Crowning Moment Of Awesome, No-Holds-Barred Beatdown, Curb-Stomp Battle, Kick the Dog. With some character pages it seems like people just tried to fit in any trope related to the character at all. If a character is strongly associated with Curb Stomp Battles (like if every battle they participate in turns into one), I could see reason for the trope being listed there. But if it's just a one-time event shouldn't that just be listed in the main page and not the character page? Should character pages only contain strictly character/characterization tropes?
