What would her challenge rating be? She's a monster with class levels.
The Goblins universe is heavily house-ruled, and the rules in 3.5e for monster player characters are widely regarded as bad, so it's entirely possible Kin doesn't have a level adjustment or the expected challenge rating.
It was originally implied that she was a Yuan-ti Abomination, which has a bunch of psionic abilities (which she can't use because of her collar) and a stupidly high Level Adjustment. However, Yuan-ti are one of the monster types specifically excluded from the Open Gaming License; you can't use them without direct permission. Therefore, she's been subtly retconned into being a non-specific "snakefolk." Presumably she's similar to a lizardfolk, and doesn't have a Level Adjustment.
EDIT: Just checked, and Yuan-ti Abominations have 9 Hit Dice and a +7 Level Adjustment, meaning that she would count as a level 16 character for purposes of gaining experience before she even takes her first PC level. There's no way in hell she's gained multiple class levels in such a short time with that hanging over her head.

She was level grinding in the infinite-time of the maze.
Did she get credit for the million plus lives she spent there, or only the one she remembers?
I mean after Minmax and Forgath left. She and other nagas seized Psymax's stuff and continued playing without losing memories. We don't know how much time she spent there.

We could guess, if we knew how quickly members of her species age.
Wait, how does a +7 adjustment translate into level 16 before any class levels? Either someone's math is wrong, or the level adjustment system makes even less sense than I'd heard.
Also, are we sure Kin is an Abomination? Granted, I don't have a 3.5 MM, but in 5e at least Abominations also have the head of a snake and reptilian upper bodies; Kin would be a Malison, a step down from an Abomination.
What matters in this life is much more than winning for ourselves. What really matters is helping others win, too. - F. Rogers.Basically, "Hit Dice" in monsters are essentially most like plain Fighter levels: they give hit points and attack bonus and etc.
LA is the cost of all the extra funny magic abilities you have. I.e. Drow as a race have access to a bunch of minor magic so they have LA. But just being a drow gives you no hitpoints beyond your class ones, so they don't have extra Hit Dice.
A Yan-Ti Abomination would have both hitpoints like a 9th level character and a bunch of other abilities. In the original idea that supposedly puts it on par with 16th level character, but the balancing of level adjustment is a total crap and so if Kin would be one of those with full legitimacy of the system she'd be pretty much inept for her ECL and unable to fight anything tough enough to earn her significant chunk of XP.
Page 7 2018: Well, that's about what we predicted Kin would try to do. Now, the question is, is Kore gone for good? Somehow I doubt it.

page 9. Good guess Forgath. But I believe for once you are wrong.

update. It seems Minmax has rubbed off on Kin.

I've been returning to this comic after a long time. What can I say, that brain surgery did miracles to Thunt. His drawing skills has improved greatly, as well as his pace (apparently).
So, what do you think, did Kore survive that fall or not?
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.
Not all of her, just her tail. We're going to see another grapple, like she did to Scorpion Kin. Will Kore's heavy armor be able to protect him?
