Gunpla is amazing!
Wow, just beat this game IN 4 HOURS.
I'm really disappointed by it. The gameplay is top notch, but theres so little content. One entire level takes 4 minutes and its just to have you walk to a pointless cutscene. And one level you visit twice!
When I beat the game I thought I was at least at the halfway mark, but then I got the trophy for beating it.
Rent it, or wait for bargain bin (and I LOVED the first game)
To be totally honest, I actually felt the same way when I got to the end of the first Force Unleashed — call the under-construction Death Star a Very Definitely Final Dungeon all you want, but I still felt like I was only at the halfway point once I reached the choice between what I later found out were the final bosses.
So maybe if this acts as the second half of the story...
...Well, yeah, seems like a $20 buy. Ah well.

Yeah, down here it costs like 70 bucks, so I'll just rent it. Game Spot dissed it, but I always disagree with them (rating God Of War 3 above Devil May Cry 4 is utter madness to me), so I still have faith. Gonna go check out Gamerankings, but it seems to have crashed.

Necroing this thread to say the demo for TFU 2 is out on XBL (and probably PSN). I played it, and aside from letting you fight on that planet that was solely created so Obi-Wan and Jango Fett could have a Battle in the Rain in Episode II, the rest of the game seemed pretty much the same as before.
Okay, you have the Mind Trick power that forces (some) stormtroopers to shoot their friends. You also have some kind of foresight power that helps if you get lost in the level. But your Force powers tend to grab some random object instead of an enemy, and on top of that your lightsaber has all the power of a glowing Nerf bat against anyone that isn't a basic blaster-toting Stormtrooper.
I'd say rent this if you can, wait for a price drop and just play the first game if you can't.
