This is the thread we use to talk things over with people who have received a suspension notice. A lot of the time the notice goes out just so we can explain how seriously we take certain things, not because we want the person to feel bad and go away.
If you're suspended, give What to Do If You Are Suspended a read, then post here to begin your appeal. We try to respond to appeals in order via batch posts every few days. If a moderator has responded to your appeal, you will receive a notification in your private messages, even if you're suspended from PMs.

Don'ts
- Don't be rude. Rule 1 applies here, too.
- Don't try to negotiate your suspension outside of this thread, such as by sending Private Messages to moderators or posting elsewhere. Such activity may be thumped or otherwise removed, and may warrant an additional suspension block if it keeps happening. All communications have to take place within this thread.
- Don't respond to other suspended users. This is a place for you to discuss your suspension, not others'.
- Don't post multiple times about your appeal if it hasn't been a few days since your last reply from us, since it makes it more difficult to compose responses. If you've posted, we're likely looking at it, and kindly request you to be more patient.
- Don't make another account to try and get around your suspension. This is called ban evasion and will get you bounced. (Again, read What to Do If You Are Suspended if you don't know what these words mean.)

So, I'm not sure if I'm getting the telling silence here or just got forgotten. Let me just add that I asked around and I have a better idea of what the What An Idiot trope is supposed to be about. I think. I will stay away from it in the future though, since it is something an edit-war generator anyways. As for my bias against RWBY I still don't think I actually have it, but I will try not to add any opinion-based tropes regarding the show if you decide to release me.

I received a suspension and I'm not sure why. I got one PM about linking to a trope that doesn't actually exist some time ago and neglected to respond to it, but not much else. If I have done something else that contradicts forum rules, please advise me. Thanks!

Hello, I have just discovered I have been suspended. I'm going to assume its in light of my additions to either or both Doctor Who S37E8 "The Witchfinders" and/or Riverdale which broke my agreement to have my edits checked before adding them.
Is this correct or have I done something else that I am not aware of? Either way, I can only apologise and admit I knew it was a bad idea.

Hello, can I get unbanned? All I'm asking for is another chance. Like I said before, I have learned my lesson and I will make sure to proof read my tropes and use Get Help With English Here to keep myself from making the same mistakes.

That is completely fair and I understand your reasoning.
However, I can only implore you to reconsider. I do love particularly love this website and love making additions to it. The idea of not being able to do so is something I'm not sure how to deal with.
The agreement worked out perfectly for two years, before I very stupidly broke it (I can offer no excuse for that) and I like to think I've made some meaningful additions to this wiki.

I thought some of the recommendations were a little bias since the majority of them were one pairing mostly suggested by the same person and not much else.
Whether you think a recommendations page is biased or not doesn't make a difference. You don't get to delete other people's entries from the page just because you don't like them.

Not sure what a parabomb is. I don't think it counts as an edit war when I didn't even restore the previous state, only added my thought as a note instead as I've seen done for counterarguments in a bunch of places.
~avada: Parabombing is the practice of slapping parentheses around some text and then dropping it into the middle of an existing paragraph.
In short, putting Conversation in the Main Page content into parenthesis doesn't magically make it not natter and thus able to stay on the page.
