Realta Nua Shirou probably never hooked up with anyone else, but since Archer seems to come from a Fate like world and obviously isn't chilling out in Avalon I don't think that ending is guaranteed for Shirou.

No, something like 'He's a very low possibility for every route.' However, in UBW and HF Ilya is dead and we know Archer saw her die. I think that the likelihood of Shirou waiting forever for Saber is probably about as low as the probability of him becoming Archer.

: Like I said, I don't think Shirou would just leave everyone he cares for, especially not if Sakura is in danger. And, Sakura would support Shirou in any way she could, which does include assisting him in fighting.

I wish everyone got a happy ending. 
Shirou does intend to leave pretty much as soon as he graduates though. FHA and UBW make that pretty clear to me. I think even when he's talking to Tohsaka at the end of Fate he indicates 'Well, I aint gonna be here forever, so I can't sit around crying about Saber forever even if I'll always love her.'
If he knows Sakura is in danger, then he'll stay. I've said before that he would if he figured out she needed help. Is she going to tell him she needs help?

Yeah, it would be cool if everyone survived the war and then they like just lived and chilled together and gone on wacky adventures and stuff.
Understandable. But in that case I'll assume Shirou ends up in Avalon in all the timeliness he doesn't become Archer.

Arha: Well, it's true that he will leave in UBW, but that's because he's going to go with Rin. I'm not sure where you get that he intends to leave in HA, though, I thought he was going to become a lawyer or something....
As for Sakura, no, she's not likely to tell him, but someone else might (Ilya could find out, for example). And, even if not (and if he doesn't care enough about Sakura to want to remain in contact with her), there are other people to stay for, like Ilya herself (particularly since he'll have to try to find a way to save her).

In FHA he intends to leave overseas. He mentions it to Taiga. I think he suggests going on a trip with her first. Also, Sakura doesn't have the nerve to make a move on Shirou. Especially when Saber is gone since I'm pretty sure Sakura noticed that they had a relationship. Though that part is less not having the nerve and more not wanting to hurt him. If not in a relationship with Shirou I can't see her leaving Fuyuki. She's really not suited for that kind of life.
So, long story short, Shirou sticks around for maybe a year or two to keep Taiga and Ilya happy and then he goes off to become Kiritsugu 2.0 Now With Less Sociopath.

It would be kind of OOC for Shirou though. I mean he loves Saber so much the he's willing to pursue her endlessly. Having some flings on the side isn't like him. He's no Kiritsugi.
