I started listing off characteristics for "the game I wish Dreamfall had been," but then I realized that gameplay-wise I'd just described Batman Arkham Asylum. This feels weird—should I be celebrating or something?

A Sidescrolling Castlevania with 4's controls and a mix between the alternate paths of Dracula's Curse and Rondo of Blood. That, or a Metroidvania that uses the 8 directional whip.
