Yeah, this is the first one of these that annoyed me.

I don't have a problem with it being Anvilicious. Ishita's taken absolute pleasure in dropping anvils on us over the course of the series.

Actually in this one, I think it's the character who drops anvils, rather than the author himself.

I'm feeling oddly nitpicky at the moment, so I'll complain about the way Ishida draws devil horns. As best I can tell, he draws the character's hair, then draws horns as if they've been glued on top of the hair, ignoring the way hair would naturally part around the horns. This bugs me.
