However, I am going to put a half-check on there for psychopathic tendencies (as well as the members of his forum) for fantasizing about killing men but not committing. He did an ass-pull with the "Game Over" nonsense but he couldn't even really go full out with THAT either! He still hints that video games interact with reality. Except when it doesn't. You have no rules and when you have no rules your writing is boring.

Some advice, Tats? (Besides getting over your arrogance and realize that you aren't as good as you think you are; your falling traffic is huge proof of that). How about you sit down and make a list of things that you can do and things you can never do? How about putting limits on your lore? How about you have a plan? Please, PLEASE tell me that this wasn't you having a plan. You have horrible plans, Tats. If you were an explorer and we followed you we would end up being the Donner party. Only worse. Because at least there was an ending to the Donner party.

It had to be real. I know Tats, you WANT to have both real and unreal at the same time, but you CAN'T. WANT, but CAN'T.

Tats is breaking so many basic rules of writing you'd need to start a wiki to document it all at this point.

Can the creator of a work count as the author of a mary sue filled fanfic in the same work?

Because for this stuff fanfic would be a step up in writing quality

Sword of Truth, Anything by Ayn Rand, Twilight, countless webcomics, pretty much anything where the author gets too invested in their own politics being in the story.

I'd be willing to cut Tats a break here in saying that D-Man used his own powers to alter reality enough for the game to straddle the line for Tange and get the message to her, but the game is such an old staple of the comics and a mass produced one at that.

I was reading How NOT to Write a Novel, and I found the perfect quote describing the situation Sinfest is in these days:

Redmass, I have to say that seems to fit Tat very, very well. If you think of it that way too, Johnbies not only represent male patriarchy (eye roll) but also represents his critics and detractors. It makes me realize the violence he enjoys isn't against men indiscriminately (although that is there in the background) but rather fantasies of violence towards his critics. Let's not forget that dudebros (his first detracors who wished forhis old style) weren't a thing until his first freak out and the Johnbies (those from the blue forum who took issue with his breed of feminism) weren't a thing until the second exodus of fans. I think he does the pull back thing because he thinks wanting to do violence is a pAtRiArChAl Im Pe Ri Ti Ve (hurr de durr) and he feels guilt over it. Tat is steadily falling to Chris-Chan levels. He's just better about hiding it. Just look at how often you see him attacking Johnbies. He's literally drawing out his fantasies but keeps acting like in the context of the strips world it never happened. He's a sick puppy.

Anyways, Redmass, great post. That gave me a way to delve deeper into his psyche.

I could understand that better if Slick woke up at his computer since, ya know, computer porn was what Tats was letting us believe sent him to Hell. But he was actually just sleeping on the job at work? How does that lead into Tange's game?

Tats, not being content to suck with a single All Just a Dream, decides to go for a double!

Tange's video game is connected to Slick's "post porn depression" inflicted dream world which really didn't have anything to do with porn whatsoever since he fell asleep STANDING at work.

Shovelling coal in hell? Zombies escaping into the mansion? Nah man, that's hard to write about! Tats would have to change things and have consequences for characters! Better to use possibly the most cliche, lazy and hated cop-out in writing TWICE IN A ROW.

I've said it before, but it's impossible to understate how much Tats sucks as a writer!

Very interesting find! It's a good insight in why Tats keeps drawing the naked ladies for feminism!
