Administrivia page for trope name special cases

I was reading this page: Grandfather Clause

And I noticed, under the "Web Original" section, there was a list of trope names on TV Tropes that haven't been renamed, despite not fitting the criteria for a good trope name.

This got me thinking: Is there an Administrivia page listing trope name special cases? Trope names that shouldn't be taken to the TRS to be renamed? If not, should there be one?

See Trope Renaming Guidelines. We primarily rename pages if the title is causing a problem, not solely for using a depreciated practice. So there's no "pages that won't be renamed" - just pages that haven't had convincing arguments for a rename.
