I've been obsessed with the Xeno series for a while now, and we've got enough good ones out that I figure it's worth a thread.

Top of the list is Where We Don't Belong, a Peggy Sue fic where Ouroboros are sent back in time to their original worlds, to the time of the first two games. The twist being that, due to all the memory loss, they have no idea what's going on. It takes quite a bit before they even find out what species they are, and I don't think any of them have actually figured out that they're in the past yet. Has a trope page.

"We finally found something a bit meatier" is an interesting missing scenes fic, filling in some of the canon plotholes or just explaining things better. It's got an interesting prose style. A Destroyer's Remorse by the same author is an AU set post-Aionios where Moebius D is Mythra's son, and has to deal with all the trauma of Ainios plus memories of having tried to murder his mother and his sister.

The Momentary Weakness series is all about Mio finding out Nia is her mother; it goes into post-Aionios content, which unfortunately is Outdated by Canon, but still good. Also has a page.

What the Snuff is a "Dyke"? is a Eunie/Ashera fic. It's cute.

I've been following An Eternal History, a Xenoblade Chronicles 2 AU Fic that changes certain key details of the events of its source material; most immediately apparent is the idea of Rex having resonated with another Blade (namely, a Nia who had never become a Flesh Eater in this continuity) a few months before ever becoming the Driver of the Aegis. There are other factors that are revealed to be different, some to the point of Role Swap AU status, and the cast of Xenoblade Chronicles (also with some crucial divergences from their own original games) are introduced later as well.

It's much more interesting than I'm probably making it sound, and it's already nearly 100 chapters in, but I heartily recommend.
