Bury Your Gays comes with a lot of caveats about it being a Trope in Aggregate which is about LGBTQ+ characters being on average more expendable/likely to die than straight/cis characters, and not counting in Anyone Can Die works where they aren't being singled out. To quote the page:

"This trope is the presentation of deaths of LGBT characters where these characters are nominally able to be viewed as more expendable than their heterosexual counterparts. In this way, the death is treated as exceptional in its circumstances. In aggregate, queer characters are more likely to die than straight characters. Indeed, it may be because they seem to have less purpose compared to straight characters, or that the supposed natural conclusion of their story is an early death."

In contrast, Bury Your Disabled has no such caveats and is just described as "any time a disabled character dies in fiction". This makes it seem like chairs, and I wonder why it isn't given a similar status as Trope in Aggregate and not counting in Anyone Can Die as Bury Your Gays is.

Probably just because no one's gotten around to making the effort to do so yet?
