There are two types of Heroes in Slay The Princess.
- Those who keep the blade
- And those who chuck the blade through the window
Which one are you.

Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).I'm keeping the blade because while the Narrator is a wet blanket that I would chuck out the window, the Princess also scares me.
It's been 3000 years…I keep the blade because I prefer to come armed to my dates.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Bumping this thread to share a neat fan video someone made. It's a fan song called "Won't Be Slain Here" by a YouTube channel called Musiclide.
I suppose there are a few minor spoilers, since it showcases some of the Princess's other forms, but it shouldn't be too spoileriffic.
Hey, maybe this will also bring attention to Scarlet Hollow.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Really happy to see that it seems to be selling well.
Also hoping that their work on the Pristine Cut is going well too.
They apparently already released some of the revisions they were originally adding with the Pristine Cut.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).That's neat. I was perfectly fine with the Fury being relatively short, but I'm definitely curious to see where this goes.
I wonder if any of the other Chapter 3 Princesses will get more content. I hope they do; the Chapter 3 Princesses are...really something.
Looking through the tweets, it seems a bunch of the chapter 3 princesses are getting some love. So far they confirmed Fury, Den, and Apotheosis getting between 3x to 4x more content
So I recently found a funny parody trailer for Lay the Princess, AKA "What if Slay the Princess was a dating sim?"
Spoiler warning for those who haven't completed the game; there are some fairly big spoilers for Slay the Princess in this fan trailer, so if you're the type of person who is wary of spoilers, you should probably watch this after you've completed the game at least once.

...this is unusual for me but that trailer did in fact remind me that The Tower is 5 foot GIGANTIC and, per the square inch to boobage ratio, stacked.

Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).And The Apotheosis is big enough that the cabin is the size of her hand. That is a lot of woman.
It's been 3000 years…I'm excited to see more of the fury. I want to continue trolling the tower who in my run turned into the fury first.

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.First thing's first, the script for Slay the Princess: The Pristine Cut is finished! And we're very, very happy with it. It adds a little over 43,000 words to the length of the game, or, putting it another way, extends the script by about 25%. These additions include significant expansions to three chapters (Fury, Den, and Apotheosis), several brand new chapters (sorry, those details are going to remain hidden for now), and a restructured and bigger climax that should feel much more fluid to move through and that will give you all even more avenues for self-expression.
They've earned my money more than any major publisher I've shelled out for.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).As of last night, I 100% all the achievements in the game. Now I just eagerly await the pristine cut.
EDIT:Seems like an Announcement is coming Monday 1PM EST

Congrats, and exciting! I've been meaning to go back in and replay it.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).The "End of Everything" content update is out RIGHT NOW
EDIT: To clarify, this ISNT the Pristine Cut update, but some content to help tide us over, mostly involving The Shifting Mound
Edited by CountofBleck on Mar 25th 2024 at 1:36:49 PM
Honestly, more information on the Shifting Mound is always welcome, she's still the most obtuse part of the game.
It's been 3000 years…...its gonna feel weird starting this game up again and all this content just being there.
I feel like I should record in case I don't like the Pristine Cut and want to see the originsl cut of the story.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).It is neat to get apology
Well, I'm now obsessed with this game. My favorite Princess of the bunch is either the Stranger because she has a huge Ugly Cute energy to her or the Razor because she's a hilariously bad liar. As for my favorite Voice, the Cheated makes me laugh the most.
