From what I've seen as a regular user, Bandcamp has a more comprehensive layout when it comes to finding and buying music. Artists can set options for all or only some tracks from albums to be available for listening before purchase and organize albums easily. Also it seems like most people use Soundcloud more as a radio, just to listen to whatever, while Bandcamp users look for something more concrete. My suggestion is to post to Bandcamp if you make albums or EP's, and if you make separate tracks, just post to both.
Nonsense is better than no sense at all.unless it changed abruptly (which i doubt), i wouldn't recommend soundcloud at all. ever since 2016 or so it feels like there's a hundred spam bots for every real user; you post a song, instantly there's five bots posting comments to try and get you to buy followers and plays. soundcloud does nothing to stop them.
as for bandcamp, no complaints. good service and for the most part, the support team is quick to help.

Whatever the case, would it be useful to give Bandcamp and SoundCloud a page of their own on This Very Wiki?
Or does Wikipedia cover those two fine and we don't need to have one here?

I was planning to upload some music and I was wondering which one would be better to use, from an artist standpoint.
