Season 2 is out a few days ago. Just learned this myself.

Well, I saw it. Found it more underwhelming than the first one. The only episodes I really enjoyed were "The Fuzzy Pony", "Willow Branch", and "The Chizu Stands Alone", primarily due to Chizu/Fua conflict and Usagi getting in touch with his ancestor and overall getting development as a hero, though the stuff with ghosts and O-Dokuro was nice too. But the rest of the episodes hovered between generic-boring and generic-just-ok. I couldn't really care about Kyoko, constant fights with Bat Squadron, handling ninja kids, Tetsugin annoyingly trying to be helpful, Makkine's weird "polite computer" speech pattern gag...Parts with Kagehito were alright.

Kitsune got a little more development but I can't help but feel like Gen was really wasted. He had something going on with his ancestral house and family backstory but in the end, he was just germaphobic comic relief. They didn't really do anything with his sister either. Also, just hit me that after the first episode he never does any bounty hunting. He does owe money to the bats but he always does odd jobs to pay it off.

With Kagehito mentioning the multiverse, any ideas of What If? episodes for that show?

So far... "What if Chizu was chosen by the Ki-Stone?"

In our universe, despite his amateurish skills, Yuichi Usagi was chosen by the Ki-Stone in sealing the Yokai. But in another universe, Chizu was chosen exactly as Tetsujin thought. How do you think this will go?
